Jīva gosvāmi

Sometimes transliterated as: Jiva gosvami, JIva gosvAmi, Jiva gosvaami
Jīva gosvāmi lived in A. D. 1609. Among the prominent teacher of the Acintya-bhedābheda school of Vaiṣṇava philosophy in Bengal, Jīvagosvāmin has niched an important place for himself. He was a nephew of the well-known Rupa Gosvāmi and Sanātana Gosvāmi and along with them was a disciple of Śrī Kṛṣṇa Caitanya Mahaprabhu. Jīva gosvāmi lived his whole life at Vṛndāvan near Mathurā in Uttar Pradesh.
His well known works include:
- Satsandarbha which includes a commentary on the Bhāgavata
- Bhaktisiddhānta
- Gopālacampu
- Upadeśāmṛta
- Harināmāmrta vyākarana
