Ūrmimān means that which has the waves.

Ūrmimān can be used in all the three genders.

Origin[edit]

Ūrmimān can be split as ūrmi + matup affix.

Ūrmimān As per Mahābharata[edit]

It is stated in the Mahābharata, Draupadīpraśna that,

“The king’s consort was held with the long and black hairs which had waves.”
