Śāktāgamas

Sometimes transliterated as: Saktagamas, ZAktAgamas, shaaktaagamas

Āgamas are a special class of religious literature devoted to the propagation of the various sects centered round the sect-deities. They are generally classified into three groups:

Śaivāgamas
Śāktāgamas
Vaiṣṇavāgamas

It deals with the three deities Śiva, Śakti^[1] and Viṣṇu. The Śāktāgamas are also called Tantras.
