This is a very folk/popular method of reciting Bhagawatha or story of Krishna effortlessly. Housewife’s of the by gone age used to get immersed in God by reciting this stotra , when they were doing hard work. The simple diction and the moving story used to bring tears in their eyes some times but one thing was sure. They never felt the burden of their work.
