This is a Bhajan written in Hindi. The first stanza is called “Ram Dhun” and was very dear to Mahatma Gandhi.

Pati Tapavan Sita Ram
Eeshwar Allah Tero Naam
Sab Ko Sanmati De Bhagwan., 1

the King Rama who is the Raghava, the Lord of Raghu,
He is the Sita Ram, who makes the sinner pure,
Easwara and Allaha are his names,
And let him give good thoughts to every one.
