We examine the impact of the current colonial-racist discourse around Hindu Dharma on Indians across the world and prove that this discourse causes psychological effects similar to those caused by racism: shame, inferiority, embarrassment, identity confusion, assimilation, and a detachment from our cultural heritage.

It is the name of an earthen pot in which milk for the pravargya rite is boiled. It is generally prepared by the adhvaryu priest with lumps of clay as per the directions given in the śrautasutras. It resembles a wooden cup. There may be one main cup and two secondary ones.
